They had us moved to a different room within minutes when there was a problem, and checked in later to see if it was all sorted out. At breakfast, the staff went out of their way to help with my vegan and celiac dietary restrictions. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, and their warm attitude made it even better. The staff here are phenomenal. I hope Hilton treats them well, because they deserve it.

I made a $350 mistake, and I hope nobody else does the same. If you're booking with Hilton Honors Points, don't sign up for breakfast. They took money from me and my family, and I won't stay at this hotel or any Hilton property again. It felt like a scam, especially since they didn't double check at check in. I called more than once. At first I was told only Matt could fix it. When I called again, I was told to contact 1-800-HHONORS because they were the only ones who could help with a billing issue.

We arrived late with our infant, so switching rooms wasn't really an option. In the morning I told the staff what we'd found, and they apologized and said they'd make a note. We won't be back. There was dust and debris visible on the bathroom floor, loose M&Ms in a drawer, and a drink left in the fridge from the previous guest. That made me worry whether the sheets had been changed and things properly sanitized, which is a big concern when you're traveling with very young children.

I paid $200 and ended up being treated like dirt, then put out at 1am after getting upset that my privacy had been violated. I told them at check in that I was staying for safety reasons. After they'd moved me to another room, I apologized for repeatedly bothering them and explained again that I was worried about my safety. The manager dismissed me and had cops escort me off the property instead of trying to help or make things right. Someone was able to find out what room I was in, and people had information they shouldn't have had. I wanted to understand how such a clear privacy breach could happen. I got no privacy and was tossed aside for raising the concern.
