Travelodge by Wyndham Loveland/Fort Collins Area

The shower wouldn't drain, and the toilets barely worked. There was only one towel in the bathroom, and they told me to go across the street to ask the hotel next door for more. That lone towel was stained, too. The phone was covered with what might've been blood or food, who knows. I didn't expect much for the price, but if I could give this place a negative star, I would. Don’t stay here!!!!

We didn't stay. There were most of the guests staying there or hanging around who seemed to be homeless. Inside our room, there was no toilet paper, and the toilet had no chain in its tank, so flushing meant reaching into the tank. The towels and most washcloths were stained, and some towels had holes. The pillows were about the size of small couch cushions. The bathroom fan was loud, but it was just an open hole.

We got in late and found stains on the sheets, especially the bed skirt. My husband asked for fresh sheets, but when I woke up with itching around my legs and ankles, I checked the bedding and saw bed bugs on the sheets. We got up right away and threw out the clothes we'd slept in. At the desk, Phoenix said there was nothing she could do except pass our information to the manager, Kim or Madi. The place smells of smoke despite a sign saying it's smoke-free, and it's disgusting. I don't recommend staying here, and I won't stay at a Travel Lodge or anywhere with the Wyndham name again. I'm surprised they've let this place remain open.

The bedding was heavily stained, and I even found a used needle in a drawer. The room also smelled of cigarettes despite being marked non-smoking, and the smoke alarm was broken. Most of the light bulbs had been removed. The TV and its mount were broken, and the only chair couldn't be used. There were no washcloths or hand towels either. I booked for Christmas Eve. This is the worst hotel in Loveland now. The staff were lazy and about as useless as the hotel.
