Holiday Inn Express Loveland

Winston at the front desk at the Holiday Inn in Loveland, Colorado was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated having somewhere to park my semi truck. It made the trip much less stressful, since hotels that accommodate truck drivers can be hard to find. Convenient place and great service. I'll definitely be back.

The pool area was just as nice as the rest, especially the hot tub and water slide. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Employees were very respectful and professional. I've stayed at several hotels over the last few months, and this one was worthy of five stars.

The cleaning crew deserves a shout-out. They were quick and efficient, clearly took pride in their work, and kept the rooms and hallways spotless every day. Breakfast was always on point too. The woman running it worked incredibly hard, keeping everything fresh and stocked while greeting everyone with a bright “Good Morning.” John, the General Manager, was welcoming and accommodating. I talked his ear off for quite a while, and even if he was only pretending to be interested, it was refreshing these days. Donald, another part of the General management team, was a class act. I didn't spend hours telling him my whole life story like I did John, but it was great meeting a fellow Marine who's still doing well after the Corps. Semper Fi. This place is well run by people who care about their jobs. Everyone was professional and respectful. I highly recommend it.

It was clean and a good value, and for a 2-3 star hotel, the beds were decent. The room had good space and was furnished well enough, though the bathroom tiling looked pretty sloppy, like the last remodel was done by someone without much craftsmanship. The young man at the front desk on 1.23 and 1/25 gave excellent service and was a pleasure. I'd stay here again.
