Marriott Cincinnati Northeast

I stayed for two days and would choose this hotel again. It was quiet and clean, and the bar and restaurant had amazing food. The staff there were friendly and professional. There’s also a laundry where you can wash and dry clothes if needed.

The staff made this a stress-free trip, and I felt appreciated as a guest. Pasna greeted me warmly, explained the amenities and layout, and got me in at 2:30 pm instead of the scheduled 4. I’m Titanium elite, for reference. They upgraded me from a base king to a one-bedroom suite that was clean and well maintained. The bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, but connecting my Firestick to watch my shows was easy, which I appreciate since some hotels make it difficult. I arrived Thursday, so I got the evening offerings at the M lounge and breakfast there Friday. It was decent, but I’d add an automatic coffee machine so guests could get a cup throughout the day. The lounge was closed for breakfast and evening snacks on Saturday and Sunday, though it still seemed open for grab-and-go water, soft drinks, tea and the like. I got two breakfast vouchers for the restaurant on those days. Restaurant breakfast was okay, with open seating and no wait to be seated. There were lots of kids staying for sports events, including a college football team, but I didn’t hear them in my room, which was a big plus. Their breakfast was served in the center atrium and other conference rooms, so restaurant access for everyone else wasn’t affected. That seemed smart. Kids were in the pool most times I passed, just something to know if you want a family-friendly place. Parking was never an issue. There are plenty of sit-down and fast-food restaurants nearby, plus shopping and department stores. Burlington coats is next door, as is a great Asian market, Enson. They also gave me a late checkout at 1 pm, though the front desk team offered to honor up to 4 pm. I’d definitely return to this Marriott if I’m back in the area. Kudos to management, it felt like they cared about guests.

The rooms were very nice, and the staff were the reason I’d stay again. My phone slipped out of my hand while I was getting into the elevator and fell straight through the gap. The three young women at the front desk were fantastic and called the maintenance man in on a Sunday morning to retrieve it. I can’t say enough good things about them.

The hotel was huge, with lots of conference rooms and other spaces. The lounge was great, and the restaurant had plenty of seats. Our room was clean and the staff were nice, with no issues during the stay. The location was great too, with many shops and restaurants nearby and more at the previous exit.
