The indoor pool and fitness center were clean, the common spaces felt welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm and reliable. Breakfast was complimentary and solid. Staff were professional, friendly, and quick to help, and check-in went smoothly. At Residence Inn Houston, the spacious, clean room had a thoughtful layout, comfortable bedding, and a kitchen area that felt well maintained. It was easy to relax there instead of just crashing for the night. For business, family, or a visit to M.D. Anderson(medical discount), it’s a dependable Houston option.

The short, easy walk to NRG Stadium made getting to a football game simple. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help, and I’d stay at this Residence Inn again next time I’m in Houston. My suite at the Residence Inn Houston Medical Center/NRG Park was spacious, clean, and set up well for a short or extended stay. I liked the open layout, full kitchen, large work area, and comfortable living space. The two queen beds were cozy, and the big windows looked out over the city. The kitchen had modern appliances and what I needed for cooking or takeout. The bathroom was spotless, with a walk-in shower and great water pressure. Soft lighting, modern furniture, and a separate vanity area were nice touches. It felt like a home away from home.

Breakfast was filling, and someone was on hand to take care of things as needed. My husband is here for work, and the room is big, cozy, and feels like home. It has a full kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher, plus a closet and everything else you need away from home. Stores and restaurants are convenient to get to.

The breakfast was delicious, and the service staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and so nice. They let me borrow a broom if I needed one and gave me good suggestions for nearby shopping. The hotel itself was very nice and in a great location.

Bianca Phillips, the manager, listened to me about the check-in problem, understood what was going on, and worked out a compromise. I really appreciate her and the staff, and I’ll be back on my next trip. The problem came from a system-generated Bonvoy policy. Otherwise, everything was clean, and the breakfast and service were really good. The hotel is handy for Rice University and the medical district, has a shuttle, and downtown is about 5 miles away, with a 20 min commute to the convention center.
