My Place Hotel - Loveland, CO

Amber is the best part of the hotel. Beyond that, it’s a typical extended-stay setup: they expect you to take dirty towels to the front desk and bring your own trash from the room to the outside bin. Housekeeping gets very loud early, so don’t count on a quiet morning. There’s also some ceiling and drywall damage, though that’s not a big deal. EVALUATION COMPLETE

For such an affordable price, I was happy with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Allison at the service desk was super friendly and explained the amenities. We stayed one night, and I’ll choose this place when we travel again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Housekeeping came only twice during our 17 days, so I had to buy supplies to clean the toilet, dust, and wipe down the bathroom myself. Apparently, unlike at other hotels, they won’t touch anything if you leave items on the counter. There was one nice person at the front desk. I don’t understand why there’s a kitchenette when they provide no utensils, dishes, or pots and pans. Other extended-stay hotels do, so why pay for one here? The hotel is gross. I’d never stay here again or recommend it.

Dust covered most of the furniture, and the floors seemed not to have been cleaned. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking on them. That’s what happens when people don’t care about their work and nobody checks it.
