The room, gym, and breakfast were all excellent. From making a last-minute reservation through departure, the service was outstanding. Keith on the night shift was phenomenal, and Rose took over at the front desk and helped me solve my printing problems in the business center. Thanks to them and the rest of the Team for being so professional and helpful.

The staff made it clear they value their customers and don't make you feel like an inconvenience, even if you think you might be one. Keith checked me in and shared lots of information about the hotel, the area, new construction, and hotels that will be built. The room matched what was advertised, and breakfast was delicious and spot on. Morning front desk employees were helpful and polite. There was ample parking, including handicapped spaces. A wonderful hotel, I wasn't disappointed.

A week before our stay, they canceled a reservation we'd made at a great block rate. There happened to be a lacrosse tournament at the local sports complex, and rooms then appeared at much higher rates. We had to scramble to find somewhere else, but there were hardly any rooms available nearby and the ones we found were very expensive. I travel constantly for work and have high status with Marriott and IHG. I'm only a gold member at Hilton because I try to avoid them after experiences like this. Hilton's customer service and hospitality didn't shine here.

The rooms were large, the hotel was clean and nice, and breakfast had solid options. Keith provided the standout service: he noticed we'd left a workbook in our room, called us, and offered to mail it back if we needed it. I was pleasantly surprised.
