I got locked out of my room on a cold night after hours, but they sent someone to help right away and I was back inside in no time. Another time, I lost my wedding ring while doing laundry. Hotel management contacted me to ask if I’d lost anything, then carefully left it in my room while I was working nights. The staff are caring, friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Just wonderful people and experiences. I’d give them 10 stars!

We didn't feel safe from the start because our room door looked like it had been kicked in and then hastily repaired. Later, we found there was no hot water. The front desk employee said he'd put us in the only building with a broken heating element. It was late, so we stayed put and skipped the shower. The next morning I discovered I'd already paid through Expedia, but I was charged again at check-in. I had to show proof of payment at the front desk to get the extra charge refunded. I asked to get our second night refunded so we could leave, but the girl there said nobody on duty could make that decision. We stayed because we didn't want to leave and risk not getting the money back. When we returned from a day out, another employee offered us a different room just to shower in. There was a man in bed when I opened the door, which was embarrassing for both of us. The employee then gave me a key to another room she said she knew was empty for sure. There were only 3 cars in the lot, so I can't understand how she gave me keys to a room someone else was already using. Worst place we stayed on our 3 month roadtrip.

We found this place online while we were in town for a gender reveal. The staff welcomed us like family and made us feel extremely at home. If you're in the area and need somewhere to stay, do yourself a favor and book here!
