The room was roomy and laid out well, and the building and grounds were clean and looked after. This was my first stay at this location, and the staff made a great impression. They were always smiling and ready to help. I appreciated them and hope I can stay here again.

There’s no complimentary coffee or breakfast, and staff would call my cell or room at random times to invite me to a TWO HOUR timeshare purchase meeting. No thanks. The southern part of the hotel has terrible Wi-Fi, and even paying $7.95 a day for HI-Speed WiFi didn’t help. Staff should know about it, or they just don’t care. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You’ve been warned!

For a “deluxe” room, I shouldn’t hear a jet engine every time our AC and the unit next door’s AC kick on. I’ve owned here for 11 years, and this was the worst treatment I’ve had. They called me six times and made two in-person pitches to get me to come in for an owner review. I’d explained politely, until the last call, that I haven’t had a vacation in over a year and wasn’t spending this trip on the review. In the end I had to go to the review center and demand the manager stop the calls and end the harassment. I don’t know if this is how Hilton, the company’s new owners, treat owners, but it makes me question whether I’ll stay an owner.

Bed bugs are horrible, and we found huge ones in our room during what was supposed to be a quiet staycation. They looked like they’d been there awhile. We were moved, stayed up, and washed all our things. They said they’d handle the bugs and refund one of our four nights, but all we got was a mug with the hotel’s name. No refund. We booked through a third party, but they could have refunded us through them. We left. Service was bad. The rooms are large, but that’s all they have going for them.
