We stayed in Unit #19 for the 4th of July 2024, and there were a lot of problems. We paid a cleaning fee, but the room wasn’t clean when we arrived, so we had to buy supplies and clean it ourselves. It was hot, humid, and musty. The portable A/Cs didn’t cool the unit. The living room unit blew hot air, and after we texted the owner, she told us to empty the reservoir. That didn’t help. The bedroom unit only cooled that room with the door shut. The owner said the A/C units were also dehumidifiers, but that wasn’t the case. The humidity was so bad the laminate floor was warped and the laminate on the vanity was peeling. The listing said it slept 6 with a queen pull-out sofa bed, but the sofa bed was broken and had been for a few weeks, even though it was still advertised. The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. We all had numerous bites while in the unit. We raised all this with the owner and got rebuttals. We even had to buy toilet paper and trash bags, which I’d expect to be supplied at this price. The HOA property manager ROBIN was very nice, the pool was refreshing, and the beach was clean and nice. The location is great, but I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT RENT UNIT #19.
