The noise is why I don't think I'd pick this place again. It's so close to the freeway that you hear every vehicle all night, and earplugs from the lobby only helped a little. Some guests partied until 4am, with people inside and outside, car alarms at 2am, and conversations going on as they walked past. The lack of soundproofing made it easy to hear them from my room. The property itself is new, clean, and inviting. Beds were comfortable, and there was a small rack for a few clothes. The shower has no door, so it was chilly unless you stood right under the water, and some splashed onto the floor. No hair dryer, so bring your own. They had coffee and tiny packaged muffins for breakfast. The price was right.

For a basic room, the bed was at least comfortable, but you get what you pay for. With no shower door, we had to spread towels around to stop water going everywhere, and there wasn't a hair dryer, which I thought hotels usually had. People hanging around the parking lot made me feel a little paranoid. I skipped breakfast, so I can't say what they served.

The traffic was noticeable, though not too bad if you're used to city noise, and the desk has earplugs. The room looked newly renovated and was very clean, with ice cold AC. Lorraine at the front desk was kind and helpful when getting me booked.

I had to leave because of a family emergency, and the manager was great about changing my reservation and making sure I got refunded for the day I didn't stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with good rates and great staff. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
