Rocky Creek Inn

At first the room looked nice, but the longer I looked, the worse it got. Within five minutes, I found what looked like “water bugs” in the shower. They were roaches. The microwave was dirty inside, the refrigerator looked beat up, and the bed and towels looked yellow and dirty. There wasn’t any coffee, snacks, or anything like that. The AC wasn’t really working, the shower curtain hung into the tub and didn’t look like it had been washed, and the TV remote was really greasy for some reason. Just a roadside motel I’d stay at once, probably not again.

I stayed in rooms 114 and 113. The beds and pillows were nice, the place was clean and updated, and the owners were super nice. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d bring my family here.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel is right off the main highway. The beds were okay, though the pillows were hard and the towels were small and rough.

We stopped here overnight on the way home, and the location was handy. The room was clean, but there weren’t any blankets, even on the beds. We found a roach inside. There was also about a quarter-inch gap beneath the exterior door, which is probably how the critter got in.
