Hampton Inn Lumberton

We came to Lumberton for a family funeral, worn out after an exhausting travel day that stretched to nearly 24 hours because of canceled and delayed flights. We’d first tried another hotel on Wintergreen Circle, and that experience was terrible. Hampton Inn Lumberton turned the day around. Lisa at the front desk was so kind, gracious, compassionate, and welcoming. She and the whole team quickly made sure we had a place to stay and felt cared for as soon as we walked in. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness meant a lot while we were overwhelmed. Thank you to Lisa and everyone for going above and beyond for our family. We won’t forget it.

Lisa and Jessica are real pros. After traveling across the country several times this past year and usually staying at IHG or Hilton properties, this was the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Everything was fresh, neatly presented, and there was a great assortment of choices. The whole area was spotless.

There was plenty of food and shopping within walking distance, and the pool was great. The staff were friendly, especially Raven at the front desk, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was better than most I’ve had at hotels. My only downside was that the bed felt a little firmer than I personally like. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

My son is autistic, and the staff treated him with respect and empathy. Miss Lisa at the front desk was especially kind and made us feel at home, which is why we decided to come back. The people here treat you with respect, and the facilities are clean with a family-friendly atmosphere. We find this place truly comfortable and everything feels perfect. Thank you, Hampton Inn, for having people like her. We’ll keep coming back and recommending this hotel.
