The rooms were clean and modern, and I had a helpful staff. It's quiet and convenient despite being in the middle of a busy business area. The dog friendly rooms and large area for walking my dog were a plus. Call the hotel directly to book, since online prices are inflated. Ms Latasha at the front desk was especially efficient, supportive, and endearing. Chili's is nearby, but Ms Latasha suggested going a little farther to Mother's North for great takeout.

The staff were wonderful, and the room was clean with great dual shower heads. Still, it was a mixed bag. There were no blackout curtains, which is a must for a room facing a shopping lot, and I couldn't find the TV remote, so I had to unplug the TV to turn it off.

After a long drive, I asked if an early check-in might be possible. Tammy, the manager, answered in a way that felt shockingly unprofessional. I understand policies are policies, but it was the tone and lack of basic courtesy that stood out. It wasn't a busy or chaotic moment, just a simple request, yet I felt talked down to for asking. There was no effort to be polite or accommodating, which seems like the minimum to expect in hospitality, especially from a manager. The way a manager treats guests reflects on the whole hotel, and this left me concerned about the standard being set. I hope ownership or corporate looks into how guests are treated. One interaction like that can ruin what should be a simple stay.

The front desk associate Tasha was extremely rude, and they don't honor what they tell you. They take your money and don't stick to their word. General manager Tammie does nothing to help and enables the rude employees. This is the worst Hilton property I've dealt with. Don't stay here.
