Bella Vista Hotel & Suites

Breakfast was delicious each morning, with hot dishes changing daily, including different meats and well-seasoned potatoes. The kitchen staff clearly care about guests and take pride in what they make. The drinks were good too. After my business trip, Bella Vista Hotel will be my go-to whenever I'm in Phoenix. I have no complaints, and it went beyond what I expected. From arrival, the welcome was warm and professional. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bright lobby had lots of comfortable seating, complimentary drinks and fresh fruit. There's also a small market for snacks, drinks and quick meals. My room was spotless and thoughtfully set up. I especially liked the shower, with quality hair-care items and water pressure better than at home. It felt like a light massage, so I lingered in there longer than usual. The bed was soft but supportive, and the modern, high-tech TV added to the comfort. Thanks to the whole Bella Vista team for making the stay so pleasant and welcoming.

The only real letdown was the pool. We were looking forward to relaxing in it, but it was so cold we were chattering our teeth. I know a heated pool can feel cool compared with body temperature, but this felt frigid and not heated at all. The rest of the hotel was beautiful and extremely clean, including the rooms and shared spaces. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, and breakfast was hot and what you'd expect at a hotel. The breakfast area was nicer than most. Aside from the pool, everything was excellent.

The pool was the best part, around 82 degrees, and the cabana-style seats were nice. The rooms were clean and pleasant, with no carpet, which I liked. Breakfast was cold if there was any left, and after the first hour there wasn't juice or even cups for drinks. Doors slamming at 3:00 am was a problem. They shouldn't put someone in a room at that hour with guests right next door or across the hall.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this is the best one I've been to in yearssss. It was beautiful both inside and out, and the service was amazing. The front desk staff were so kind and generous. I'll definitely be back!
