The rooms, towels, and bedding were clean, and we had a really nice stay at Summer Breeze. I’m already planning to come back next year. There’s a pool and grills guests can use, and it’s a quiet spot. The owners are lovely and accommodating. They’re often outside checking the grounds or working on rooms, which I think they’re remodeling, so sometimes you need to call them. They do answer and make sure you get what you need. A couple things to know: it’s a resort rather than a hotel, and the family staff is small. If you want daily bed service or something specific, you’ll need to ask, and you may have to wait while they help other guests or handle family matters. There’s also a huge, very friendly dog, so don’t be alarmed if it comes over. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

We were really happy with the whole camping experience and would stay again. The grounds have a lovely park area, a very clean pool, and nearby bathrooms with showers. Our tent site was clean and a good size, with a fire pit, picnic table, and garbage can. The people working there were wonderful and friendly. I’d only ask for wood that burns less quickly and warmer shower water. We were camping in tents, not staying at the hotel.

The kitchenette gave our large family plenty of room, and we’ll definitely book again. The owners and their kids were so friendly, and we loved your sweet dog. Just bring your own dishes, pots, and pans since they aren’t supplied. I also had to move the minibar items out of the fridge and stash them where the kids couldn’t reach, though that was a small thing. A broom would’ve been nice too, since the kids tracked in dirt from playing outside. We stayed 8/23-8/25.

The room was comfortable, and we had a good stay. I liked that the motel was near everything but still far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet in the country. We could have used another lamp near the chairs for reading or playing cards and games, and a list of the TV channels would have helped.

The housekeepers were really friendly and helpful, but the owners made the stay miserable for me. The female owner insulted me on the first day, and things felt awkward from then on. It got so uncomfortable that I left before my planned checkout. I know cultures can differ, but she was just rude. The rooms are extremely dated, and although they seemed mostly maintained, there was black mold in the bathrooms. I’d only go if it were a last resort. Other places offer the same rates or better.
