Extended Stay America Suites Seattle Lynnwood

At 11 p.m. we ended up going to the Holiday Inn around the corner, where the rate was much lower. The front desk wouldn't let my girlfriend stay because she'd lost her wallet and ID. We found the wallet and came back, only to learn they'd canceled our two-night reservation. I lost the original nightly rate and was told I'd have to book again at a much higher price.

I've been here five nights so far, and they've been really good about working with me when I had a couple of payment hiccups. That took a lot of stress out of the stay. The service has been 10/10, with friendly people who are happy to help with what I need. They welcome my dog too. I'd definitely recommend this Lynnwood location if you need somewhere to stay.

Erica was working the evening desk, and she was just amazing. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, and getting on and off the highway from this convenient location was easy.

I was there for a week. The kitchen setup was pretty bare, just a fridge, a tiny microwave, and two stove burners that barely worked. The room had no smart TV, and the bathroom was unbelievably small. On day five, while I was getting a new key, I was told hotel staff had chased away visitors over the weekend. I don't know anyone who knew I was staying there, so that didn't sound plausible. I asked the other three people at the desk, including the GM's staff, whether they knew the visitors' names or could describe them or their cars. None had heard anything about it. It left me feeling the GM might invent stories to get rid of guests they don't like the look of. Maybe it was my positive attitude or my haircut, I can't say, but I didn't feel welcome. If I'd had a paid reservation for another week, I worry they would have kept the money and still thrown me out. Don't get comfortable here, or they might end your stay.
