Clover Motel

A good fit for a short trip. The staff were polite, and getting checked in was quick. Shops and fast food are close by. The rooms are old-fashioned but maintained, and the place has a quirky retro feel.

There are plenty of food options nearby, and parking comes included. The staff were welcoming and check-in was quick. It's a retro-style motel with clean rooms, fine for a short stay.

The staff were really nice, and at check-in she said I could return within 20 minutes for a full refund if I didn't like the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was beautiful, with a huge glass walk-in and rain shower head. The updated furniture and flat-screen TV were nice, though the TV didn't work. The room itself was very dirty. My white socks turned black after just two minutes of walking. One pillow looked recently used, with a dirty case and hair all over it, and the whole side of the bed had hair too. The smoke detector needed a battery, and not having a chair in the room was inconvenient. With some cleaning and a few small repairs, this place could be nice.

The rooms in back are a nice size, but mine had large roaches as soon as I walked in. The towels were dirty and they gave me only one. There were holes and what looked like cigarette burns on the bedspread, plus big dried ink spots. The mirror over the sink and the shower door had graffiti. The walls were dirty, the chair was filthy, and the shower wasn't clean, with water caps and mildew present. It could be a nice place if people were charged for damaging the property.
