The setting is spectacular, with nice views, a pool, and a barbecue. The beach and ocean are just two minutes away. My two complaints were cockroaches in the WC and parts of the house, and a need for updating and a deep carpet clean. The carpet has stains.

You can walk to restaurants and Ma'alaea Bay for whale tours, and you’re near both Kihei and Lahaina. The location and views are great.

This was such a peaceful place, with lovely ocean views and a spot next to the Marina and Aquarium, away from the crowds. The property is professionally run and exceptionally clean, with beautiful landscaping, a gorgeous koi pond in the lobby, and a sparkling heated pool. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Our apartment was immaculate, and everything worked. Cookware was in great shape, the washer-dryer combo ran well, and every room had a TV. The internet was excellent, and all the little details were taken care of. A wonderful stay, thanks for such a great place!

Being near the harbor and that beautiful beach stretching for miles was a real plus. My husband and I had a very comfortable, quiet stay at Island Sand, and everyone was friendly. The view and the turtles were AMAZING!!! I’d definitely go back ❤️❤️❤️

We spent 10 days at Island Sands with our family of five adults, and the condo accommodated us fine. We all loved it. Our lanai looked out over the ocean, and the location made it easy to get to most of Maui’s sights and activities. Having an assigned parking space was nice, and the beach towels, chairs, cooler, and boogie board in the condo were fantastic to use. They kindly let us check out late, which helped a lot. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable for an adult and needed a pad on top. ALOHA
