Knights Inn Austell

After the fire that destroyed my home about a month ago, I lost everything, including all my ID, and finding a place to stay has been a nightmare. The hotels I could afford during these weeks haven’t been good, but arriving here yesterday was the first time since the fire I felt like I could breathe. The staff were polite and efficient, and easy to deal with. When I heard the rate was $75, I could hardly believe how affordable it was. I haven’t paid so little for a hotel in years. The place has a cute, almost bungalow-like setup, and the outside grounds were spotless. My room felt cozy and welcoming as soon as I walked in. It was immaculate, freshly painted, smelled clean, and had no bugs. There was a comfy loveseat, a little wicker coffee table, a large table with a chair and mirror that was handy for putting on makeup, and a cute dresser under the huge TV with lots of space for my things. The bed was amazingly soft, and the fresh towels and linens had no stains. It also felt safe walking to my car, with no disturbance outside. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The first room smelled bad, and the second had uncomfortable beds and a really nasty floor. The phone stopped working the next day, the microwave didn’t work, and the tub and bathroom were so small. The maid was rude and took my personal things. It may be low cost, but only worth it if the room is fair. Bad stay. Don’t go, pay somewhere else.

The location worked great for me, close to the highway exit. My room was quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Thank you, Knights inn.

It’s quiet and feels homey, and the rooms are decent and clean. There’s a flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge, and it’s easy on the wallet. The place is right off I-20 express way, so I’d definitely recommend it.
