The front desk staff were very friendly, and the lobby was pretty clean. When our room key didn't work, the desk attendant reset it and apologized profusely after my husband found another guest's stuff, luggage, and beer cans scattered through the room. Her system showed it as vacant, so she upgraded us to a newly renovated room, which we appreciated. The room mix-up really freaked my husband out, though, and he came right back down asking if we could just drive home. We were traveling from FL to TN with our 8 month old. The parking lot was unsettling at night, with little lighting, construction storage taking up most of the spaces, and random people walking around or sitting in cars smoking pot. I know the hotel can't control all of that, but it still felt sketchy enough that my husband wouldn't let me go outside to get something from our van. The hotel was decent overall and the staff were friendly, but I'm not sure we'd go out of our way to stay again, especially with our baby.

We only stayed one night, but the room was huge, with 2 queen size beds and plenty of space for the kids to run around without being on top of each other. There was a huge TV and a full body mirror too. Remodeling was underway, so the place was a little messy, but understandable. We were right next to the stairs and didn't hear any noise from neighbors or people coming and going through the doors.

Our place had a big bathroom area and a living room with a pullout couch, separated from the main bedroom by a door. It also came with a stove top and full size fridge. It's a nice place with friendly staff, even though they're still doing construction and updating things.

This is an extended stay hotel that allows big dogs, though the dog fee was $50. There's no breakfast, but the small kitchen meant I could prepare my own. Renovations were underway, but the stay was quiet and pleasant, with no noise like I'd expected. The first room smelled bad, but they changed me to another room right away when I told them. That room was clean, the towels and sheets were clean, and the bathroom had refillable toiletries. Definitely somewhere I'd return to.

The person who checked us in was very friendly, and the room was nice and very clean. The washers and dryer’s work, and there's a nice dog walk area. They're still renovating, but everything was awesome. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely come back here.
