Hampton Inn & Suites Macon I-75 North

The power went out across the block during our one-night getaway, leaving everything dark and hard to navigate. We were a little frustrated at first, understandably. Breakfast turned the morning around, though. Imani was warm, attentive, and so accommodating. She made sure we had juice, cleared our plates as we finished, and kept a positive attitude despite the outage. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and she deserves recognition.

The faucet was positioned awkwardly enough to make washing hands difficult, but the staff were so friendly that we’ll definitely stay again. The rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, and the people working there were the most attentive and welcoming we’ve experienced at a hotel.

The pool was good, though it’s showing its age, with a few rust spots around it. The staff were very friendly, everyone at least said hello, and some stopped to chat. Breakfast was good and the staff attentive. Our room was okay, the bathroom and beds were clean, though I think the carpets could use steaming.

It’s a pretty solid hotel, and the main thing is that it’s clean. The rooms are spacious, fairly nice, and have big windows. The beds I used had a hard mattress and very soft pillows, which wasn’t ideal.
