401 Arie Dam Condos

For the price, this is a great place. Our Airbnb condo is right on the beach, with good parking. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a modern feel, Roku TVs, and a free landline. We love it.

We've come twice in the last two years and love this place. The condos have roomy patios with ocean and beach views, and the beach itself is wonderful, just steps away. There's a nice pool on the side of the building that seems to stay partly shaded through much of the day, which is welcome in the hot Florida sun. The location is ideal, with lots to do nearby and plenty of walkable restaurants. We rent a car for the week to explore, and I'd recommend one for stays longer than a couple days. The grocery store is about a mile away, which is handy.

We just wrapped up a really nice week at Aire Dam. It's an older building, but well maintained and on one of my favorite beaches. There are residents along with monthly and weekly renters. John's Pass shopping and bustle is about a mile away. Traffic on Hwy 699 (Maderia Ave) has gotten really bad, making it hard to get in and out, and you can hear it inside the units. My main issue was the cheap beach hotel next door. Its guests were drunk, loud, and obnoxious. The hotel shares a fence with the pool, and it was hard to relax with the kids while a big group partied from 11am-11pm, smoking and yelling obscenities as my kids tried to swim. I know this isn't entirely the condo's fault, but it hurt our stay, and management needs to take some action. (-1 star)

The area and the beach here are so lovely. We had a really nice stay last week and will be back.
