Apart from the pool and water access, if you have a slip, this place is a hard pass. It feels like maintenance has been put off for years. The HOA even ended recycling to save residents a small amount of money. Apparently a couple of cents a month was too much to spend on it. The elevators are original, very slow hydraulic ones that don't feel safe, and the tennis court looks like it hasn't been cared for in over a decade.

A clean, very nice place with a great view, and the electric charging stations are a bonus. The beach is just a short walk away.
