The location by the beach is excellent, and I like that it feels small and fairly private without too many guests around. There are decent places to eat less than a five-minute walk from the room to the restaurant, especially across the street. The staff are friendly. But there’s nothing to do or watch on site, and the TVs are tiny compared with what most people have at home. Each visit gets worse, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. The hot tub still hasn’t worked since the hurricane, and there were several kinds of insects in my room. I hope none got into my luggage. The dishes, pots, pans, and utensils all seemed too old, dingy, or dirty to use, so I wouldn’t cook with them. The coffee pot looked questionable too, and even the towels looked dingy. The supplies need a complete overhaul, and they need an exterminator.

The room was great and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, with the prettiest beach I’ve ever visited. The only thing that could improve the stay is the television setup. New smart TVs with modern features would make it perfect.

The hot tub needs fixing. Their sister resort has two pools and a jacuzzi.

The room was definitely up to par, and I loved the stay. I’ll return, though the 10:am checkout bothered me. With check-in at 4:pm and checkout now at 10:am, it feels like the industry is taking time away from us guests. The pool was closed too, and nobody had told me.

The place itself was nice enough to stay in, and the rooms were okay. Afterward, they kept calling several times a day from different numbers, so I couldn’t block them. When I asked to be taken off the list and not called again, they said they couldn’t guarantee it.
