Villa Madeira 410

We spent seven days here and loved it. The place is beautiful, and the beach was nearly empty. There’s a saltwater pool. The property has been getting updates after last year’s hurricane, but you can hardly tell it was hit. We’ll be back again next year.

404 Villa Madeira felt like home, and we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was very clean, with lots of new upgrades. The kitchen is beautifully done, with Limestone tile and well-crafted cabinets I’d put in my own home. The large tiled shower looks great too. I really appreciated the care put into giving guests a good experience. I spent mornings and late afternoons on the balcony, enjoying the breeze and sound of the waves. I’d read, sip coffee, work on my laptop, or just watch people passing by. You won’t be disappointed with this choice!

Pam was great to communicate with and very helpful whenever we had questions. We booked because we’d stayed at Pam’s properties before, and we’ll definitely book with her again. The condo was clean and well stocked when we arrived, and getting there was easy. We especially liked the large screened balcony facing the beach. Inside and out, everything was well maintained. The elevator lobby, beach, pool area, and parking area were all impressively clean. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for good value and a beachfront location.

The apartments are nice, but thick mesh screens cover almost all the balconies. They block the view, though they may make things safer for families with children.
