Comfort Inn & Suites Madison - Airport

At 150$, I expected the room to be properly cleaned. Instead, it smelled bad as soon as we walked in. The floor was disgusting, with sticky, wet patches, the tables had sticky stuff on them, and there was a wet substance on top of the fridge handle. Grime covered the tub and shower, the toilet seat cushion was discolored, and the sheets had visible stains. At checkout, the woman at the desk didn't even ask about our stay. Totally unacceptable. We'll never stay here again, and this makes me wary of Comfort Inns if this is the cleanliness and hospitality they offer. I'd tell others to stay away. We were extremely dissatisfied.

We booked at the last minute while driving through. The front desk clerk welcomed us warmly, and the room was quiet and clean. We didn't need much tonight. Thanks for a great night's sleep.

We'd booked for my sister's 50th birthday party, and manager Jessica made sure we had what we needed. The staff were great, and the rooms were comfortable and good. Breakfast was the usual hotel kind. I guess people were upset that we had to make waffles for 10 people. We'd definitely come stay again.

The customer service was fine, and the location was handy for food and other amenities. But the hallway from 216-255 reeked of cigarettes, and the room smelled like something had crawled into the AC and died. The lobby looked recently updated and inviting, but getting off the elevator, the rest of the place was a different story. I lasted about 20 minutes from the front desk to the room before leaving. If you can handle the smell, this might work for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
