Bridget made a big difference during my stay. She went out of her way to help and let me stay in my room later, which meant a lot and made my day much easier. Check-in and everything else went smoothly, and the service was welcoming throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott and will absolutely come back. Highly recommend this location.

After a long drive, Justin at the bar was friendly, funny, and a great bartender. Check-in was fast, and the front desk gave us great customer service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room door wouldn’t lock unless I manually locked the outside door, which left me concerned about my safety. I tried several times to reach the manager and didn’t get a call back. After finally getting through, I found her rude and unconcerned about my safety and well-being at the property. She said maybe this wasn’t the hotel for me. The service was poor.

After driving nonstop for about seven hours from Dallas, I was relieved to find the best bed I’ve had in a long time. The room was impeccably clean, with no dirty sheets, and checkout was easy. The woman at the front desk was really nice and pleasant to deal with. It was a splurge for me, but the experience was wonderful. The parking lot was well lit and had plenty of spaces, and the area was great. There was even a Starbucks next door that I could walk to. Absolutely awesome.

They didn’t have the room I’d reserved on the night I arrived, but they managed to get it sorted out the following day. Justin at the bar is great.
