After my one-night stay, I was surprised to see a $75 charge after checkout for a toilet paper holder that was already broken when I arrived. Nobody mentioned a problem during my stay or at checkout, and I wasn’t given proof that I caused the damage. The charge feels unfair and unsupported. Very disappointing, and guests shouldn’t be treated this way. I’d be cautious about possible charges after checkout.

We had a good stay with our dog, and the staff were really friendly. They were very accommodating with our pet.

The owners are wonderful and go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. Great prices too. This is the best place to stay in Maggie Valley.

The rooms were clean, but the bed was hard as a rock and the owners at the front desk were rude. Check your room for signs of previous smokers or damage so you don’t get charged. They also charge extra for early check-in. I won’t be back.

I stayed here for months while working in the area. The recent remodel is so cute, and it was always clean with a great price. Women traveling alone, this feels like a safe place to stay. The family who runs it are just the nicest people. I love it here and will come back if I return to the area.
