Nice, quiet rooms and great service. It's a very good spot for downtown, just a little walk to enjoy what downtown Magnolia has to offer. I have no complaints about this place.

The breakfast chef makes fresh items every day. Housekeeping staff are friendly, too, and leave the room feeling like new each evening.

The pool was dirty, and the kids in it were very loud. People in the room above us were noisy as well, so it wasn't comfortable at all. Janice's customer service was horrible. She simply said she didn't care about the financial discrepancies, and the amount changed three times. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

After booking online through booking, I showered and got ready for bed, then spotted a bed bug crawling. Staff offered me another room, but I wanted a refund instead. I took pictures and sent them to the owners. The owner said pest control had been out and found nothing, and threatened that he could press charges over false allegations. He also called my choice of words ghetto. They emailed taking full responsibility, but told booking they wouldn't refund me. Booking. Com offered $48 back on my $137 total, and the owner hasn't responded since. Room 119!

The rooms are clean and have updated amenities from the renovation. Friendly housekeeping staff keep everything in the best condition they can.
