Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Malone by IHG

Tiffany was especially helpful, courteous, and professional during our recent golfing trip to Malone. The Holiday Inn hotel took care of our room arrangements and made sure we were all set. We’re planning to return later this fall for a hunting trip.

After my two-night stay in Malone, I came back to a made bed, fresh towels, and a tidied room. Thanks, Renee, you're the best 👌.

On my first visit to the holiday inn, the staff greeted me warmly and offered helpful information about activities and local restaurants. I feel a real connection with them. They genuinely care about the people staying at the hotel.

The staff did what they could when a water main broke in front of the hotel on our second morning. We had no water for most of the day and there was a boil water order, but they provided bottled water at no charge to reduce the hassle. The elevator was also out of service for the next few days, which we learned at check-in. Our second-floor room made that manageable. We felt the hotel could have done a little more to make up for those disruptions, though they weren’t things the staff could control. We stayed two nights in a suite. It was comfortable but worn, with some trash on the floor when we arrived and a bathroom door that latched but wouldn’t lock. We didn’t report these minor issues. The pool area was clean, and the hot tub worked well, though it could’ve been warmer. Breakfast was average; the coffee was very good, freshly ground and brewed to order. We’d consider staying here again.
