The location is the one good thing here. The monthly rate for local workers was excellent, but the place is extremely outdated, needs major repairs, and has black mold and critters. I tried to keep to myself, but regular guests seemed to behave destructively, and police showing up was a common daily occurrence. I didn’t bring my wife and children or have them visit. There’s an offender living there, and officials call it a common place for loitering.
