Quality Inn & Suites Malvern

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The front desk team listened to our concerns and worked to resolve them, while housekeeping were friendly and attentive. The owners clearly care about making the place comfortable for both quick visits and longer stays. Brandon deserves a shout-out for being so professional.

The building is older and they’re updating it, but our room was basically clean. Front desk staff were wonderful, day and night.

Bed bugs! After we left, my kids and I found bites, which was the worst part of an already rough stay. The place looked run down, with broken elevator pieces taped together, stained sheets, and a golf ball sized hole between the faucet and handle in room 221’s shower. Part of the sprinkler system was pulled up into the ceiling, leaving another hole. Our key cards only worked about half the time, and I had one reset. Breakfast was awful. I could keep listing problems, but I’ll never stay there again.

I didn’t enjoy my stay and wouldn’t come back. The room was worn, with holes in the carpet, and the free breakfast was basically continental with no protein. The front desk clerk was very rude. A different clerk was nicer later, but the first interaction left a bad taste. This is also a poor exit to stay near, no matter which hotel you pick. There are very few places to eat, mostly food trucks, and only two sit-down restaurants besides fast food, both Mexican. Neither serves beer or drinks with dinner, and places close by 9 pm.
