We’ve been coming to Snowcreek with our family for almost 25 years, and the rentals have always been clean and easy to get into. The customer service is excellent, and we especially love the club house and the other great amenities. We can’t recommend Snowcreek enough. We love staying here!

The kitchen was poorly furnished, even by rental standards, and the fireplace gave off almost no flame, so there was no ambience. We weren’t allowed in until 4:00, though nobody had stayed the night before. Checkout was 10:00, and since nobody was booked after us either, we chose to leave the evening before. We’ve usually had good stays at other Snow Creek properties, but this one was the exception. The accommodations were pretty mediocre, and we’ll be more cautious about renting at Snow Creek again.
The shuttle stop for the mountain was a bit of a walk, so we drove instead with all our ski gear. Parking was easy to find. The condo itself was modern and clean, with a huge kitchen and living room and everything needed to cook. There are two bedrooms, each with a full bath, plus a loft with three beds and its own full bathroom. That worked great for my teenage son and his friends, and the layout would suit two couples and three or four teens upstairs. The town location was great too, about a 3 minute drive to Vons and the center of town. We’d absolutely stay here again.
The listing said the unit was ground level, with two steps up and two down, but that description didn’t match. It wasn’t ground level, which was a problem for a few of us with disabilities. The twin loft beds sat about level with the railing, so they didn’t work well for our little kids. We had to take the mattresses off the frames. The unit was run down overall.
We came back with our kids after I’d stayed here as a child in the 90s and 00s, when I made some of my best memories. Our place, 776 Fairway, was decent but pretty outdated. The decorations weren’t very child friendly, though they were easy to remove, and the couch and chair were especially worn, caved in, and dingy. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer didn’t work, leaving us with damp clothes piled up. Construction was going on across the complex, with saws and the Bobcat noise and smell throughout the day. We also tried the Athletic Center, but staff were rude and it was overcrowded and smelly, with small children doing martial arts. We never found the pool. The hot tub next to our place was decent. It wasn’t the quiet, relaxing stay we’d hoped for.
