Please be cautious about booking here. We spent $12K for four days in unit 2088 Greystone, and expected a certain level of service. The company profile suggests they handle both lower-end and higher-end rentals, but the staff weren't very attentive and gave the impression they didn't care. The listing promised a range of amenities, but our experience didn't match it. The china was cracked, the coffee offering amounted to one single-use bag, and the seasoning jars were empty. The exterior door was split open, the grill wasn't clean, the fire pit didn't work, and the advertised outdoor seating wasn't there. The protective covers were old and torn, and cleaning staff had left a toothbrush from the previous renter. I called the office about these problems and was told someone would come by. Nobody ever did. I wouldn't recommend this agency. If you have no other option, document everything and report it to them. If they don't resolve it, contact your credit card company to dispute the charge as services promised but not received. This place seemed not to care about its guests.
