We stayed in unit 11 during winter 2025 and were really happy with it. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, so keep that in mind. It was perfect for ski in, ski out, with only a tiny walk to the snow before dropping in. Restaurants and shops are a bit of a drive, so if you’re planning to stay in the cabin, I’d shop beforehand and save the trips back and forth. We liked it enough that we’re going back this year.

The location above Canyon Lodge gives the complex great views, and there’s a trail right by the condo for walking a dog. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the ski in, ski out access from Blue Jay ski run is a big plus during ski season. We stayed in condo #45, which welcomes pets. The unit looked better in the photos than in person. Its garage, living room and kitchen, and bedrooms are each on different levels, so there are a lot of stairs. We managed fine, though it may be difficult for some people. We enjoyed our stay and may return during peak ski season to make the most of the slope access.

The best part is being able to ski straight from the lodge to Mammoth Mountain and back. It saves a lot of time. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessities, and we enjoyed spending time at Timber Ridge. The indoor spa and bathhouse were fairly clean too. Getting there can be a little challenging, especially at night, but the place itself was fantastic. It’s a bit costly, though I felt it was worth every penny.

Ski in, ski out is hard to find here, and the price is right. The outside of the complex looks great, though the older age shows indoors. There’s a big indoor hot tub, and parking is pretty limited. The condo layout was odd, with lots of stairs leading to some unusual rooms.

Clean condos, an indoor hot tub, and a sauna made this a great spot to unwind after skiing. You can ski in and out, or drive to Canyon Lodge, which is very close. A great place to stay in Mammoth for a ski trip.
