There’s no traditional front office, but room access details came by email and text, and the staff were quick to respond when needed. The common area was useful, with snacks, juice, a stove, sink, microwave, games, and a computer area with a printer. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves. We couldn’t use the fire pit because of rain. The rooms were immaculate and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay at the Brittany Motel, which is a short drive from Manchester Center and just down the road from Hildene. It was great value.

We didn’t meet anyone face to face, but everything about our Christmas stay at the Brittany Motel worked out well. The room stayed clean and warm even when it was 3 degrees outside. Being only a few miles from our one-year-old grandson made this our most amazing Christmas. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The bathroom had an old-school feel, but that didn’t bother us. Everything was clean and quaint, and the no-contact check-in was easy. We had a problem with the room door lock, but a call got us help right away. My daughter and I stayed one night at the Brittney while looking for a reasonably priced place within 30 minutes of Stratton Mountain. The reviews I’d read were spot on. There are lots of restaurant choices nearby, and it’s a good value for a couple of days in a cute town.

The snack lounge is worth checking out. The kitchen has what you need to put together a whole dinner, and there’s a fire out front where you can roast marshmallows. Our room was immaculate, and the bathroom was spotless too. They supplied makeup wipes, a soft towel, and soap. In the comfort room there’s a little sitting and dining area, plus a Keurig. I made a delicious green Mtn coffee with the caramel macchiato creamer they provided. We only stopped at the Brittany Motel for a quick night before skiing, and I wished we could have stayed longer. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge. I can’t wait to return.

I really like ski stops that put out plenty of snacks, and this place had oatmeal, coffee, and crackers. There were also games and books if you wanted something to do. Great spot for a quick night, and I’ll stay here again when I ski Stratton. Thanks, guys.
