Stayed here six weeks for work. The room was clean, hospitality was great, and the food was good during my stay.

We felt unsafe here and wouldn't recommend staying. At check-in, they demanded another $30 in fees, then took about 20 minutes to get us into a room while the two staff members quietly talked in confusion. They were rude and unprofessional, and there was rotting food sitting in the breakfast area. In our room, four of us had only three outlets. There were used, dirty Q-tips in the bathroom, the Wi-Fi didn't work, some lights were out, and we got two towels, one covered in suspicious yellow stains. There was only one roll of toilet paper, and they wouldn't bring more when we asked, so I bought my own. The owner said not to ask them for anything before noon. After our dirty towels were picked up, it took hours to get more, and we didn't get any washcloths. The owner fully opened our door while we were inside. I told her not to open it, and she laughed and walked off. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.

My three friends and I ended up sharing one towel. When we asked for more, they acted like we were hoarding them or lying, and we had to negotiate for towels. This happened twice. Their rule was one clean towel for each dirty one handed in, but we turned in ours and the clean ones never came back. We paid over $2,000 for five nights and couldn't even get enough towels. We got so fed up and grossed out that we left early for another hotel. They were annoyed when we asked for toilet paper. They don't clean, the internet doesn't work, dead bugs are everywhere, and the bed had just one sheet to cover up with. The owners raised their voices at us many times for no reason. They also dumped their personal stress on us, talking about being in debt over the hotel, and it felt like they were taking it out on guests. This place is a dump.
