Her friendly, professional manner really stood out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained during my visit. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. After a long drive and a rough day, Cynthia greeted me at the front desk with a huge smile. I appreciated the positive energy. She got me checked in quickly and pointed me toward a nice place to eat. My room was perfect, and service like hers is why I’ll definitely stay here again.

My family and I needed somewhere to stay for a few months while we were temporarily displaced, and this place really became home during a difficult time. The staff were kind and friendly, and we could get clean linen whenever we needed it. Having a stove and refrigerator helped us avoid the extra cost of eating out. Manager Mariana worked with me through any issues and made the stay very pleasant. Rooms fill up fast, so don’t miss the chance to stay here.

The room is good and the staff are nice, but I’ve made seven noise complaints in the three and a half weeks I’ve been here. The guest next door keeps his TV way too loud, and most nights I can clearly hear the dialogue from my bed, including right now. I have several videos of the TV measuring over 63 dBA in the hallway during quiet hours. Why have a Quiet Hours policy if it isn’t enforced? I’m locked into a five-week reservation, and the noise has been driving me crazy. If I could, I’d move somewhere else.
