Sleep Inn & Suites Manchester near Arnold AFB

The free basic breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and more. The front desk was really nice, too. I needed to stay in Manchester for work, and Sleep Inn turned out to be modern, clean, friendly, and a great price. I booked through hotels.com, where it had loads of good reviews, and I can see why. Whether you're here for business, a trip, or just a night to sleep, you'll be happy with your stay. I don't often leave a hotel wanting to remember to write a good review, but I wanted to join the 800 others. Thanks, Sleep Inn! I'll see you about once a month for the next 18 months or so :)

It's a pet-friendly hotel and a good value for the money. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and it's close to restaurants, the interstate, and plenty of gas stations. Our room was clean, and the beds were good. Breakfast was decent and hot, with some kind of eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, bagels, and waffles. The coffee was good, too. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that our room could use some upgrades.

The staff did their best with what they had, so I don't blame them, but the owner should be ashamed. We were there for three nights and only got our beds made. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels, and nothing else we'd used was replenished. There was one washer and dryer on the second floor, no quarters for them, and the dryer took my money without working. The elevator never worked, which made being on the third floor miserable, and meant no ice on each floor either. The pool was cold despite being advertised as heated. Breakfast kept running out of food every morning, and there was no milk. Staff smoked weed while we were there, and there was also weed smoking around the hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room looked recently updated and was pretty nice, with a comfortable mattress. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the hotel was easy to find just off the interstate with plenty of parking. We had a nice stay and would definitely come back.
