I haven't stayed at this hotel, so I can't comment on the hotel itself. I'm a trucker, and I've seen people at the truck stop east of it looking through hotel windows. I contacted dot about a black car hauler using binoculars to look inside. If you do stay, keep your curtains closed. Ladies, I wouldn't stay here under any circumstances.

The door wouldn't lock, the bathroom was disgusting, and what looked like pee was on the wall. There were bugs, yellow stains on the sheets, and a broken light. We called three times before anyone came to fix the light, two hours later. The girl apologized and said the maintenance man had been in the bathroom. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

We were practically in tears by 10 PM, so my friend and I changed hotels at the last minute and left without telling anyone. Earlier reviews said workers had given other guests trouble for leaving, which added to the stress. We were traveling alone for Bonnaroo, and this place was nearby, but we paid over $1,000 for four nights. The festival and location explain a higher price, but nothing justifies that amount. The door wouldn't lock, and sketchy men in the lot watched everything we did. We suspected drugs were there, too. Inside, the room was dirty, with pubic hair in the bathroom, stains that looked like puke and pee on the beds, and a strong mold and vomit smell. We had to buy Lysol spray, Clorox wipes, new sheets, blankets, and towels at Walmart. Please read the reviews before coming. I normally don't write them, but this felt necessary. I'd give the place negative stars if I could.

The women at the desk were nice, but they wouldn't refund the room we had to give up. I booked two rooms for our group the day before Bonnaroo, knowing it probably wouldn't be a nice motel. One room wasn't ready because it hadn't been cleaned, and the AC in the other one didn't work. Two of our seven people left for a better hotel, so we squeezed into the room with working AC. The rest was pretty okay, nothing special. Restaurants are an easy walk away, the ice machine worked, and bring your own pillow. Maybe I was too nice about the refund. I should work on my Karen skills.
