The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and the place was generally clean. But the pillows were king size, and queen size ones would suit the beds better. Paint was peeling off the bathroom door, and the indoor pool was cold, despite being described as heated. The workout room was disappointing too, with just one kettle ball and no other weights.

We'd been driving for eight hours when I realized I'd left my whole toiletry bag at home. I was upset, but the woman at the front desk was kind and put together a small overnight kit when I asked for a toothbrush. She also placed us on the first floor near an exit because we were traveling with our two dogs, which made taking them out easier. I really appreciated how thoughtful she was. The room was clean and nice, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was so good and set us up well for the last stretch of our road trip. We'll stay here again.

The stay was good in general, but one front desk mistake was frightening. The clerk seemed to have forgotten she'd given me a room, or hadn't entered it, and tried to walk in with another guest while I was in the shower. That was really scary and completely unprofessional.

The location was easy to reach from the highway, and the staff were kind and helpful. The beds were great, but the room could use a refresh. There were cracks, old paint, and sticky switches. Soundproofing also needs work, since I heard a lot of doors slamming.
