Best Western Executive Inn El Campo

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We only just stayed here, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks, guys.

After more than 10 days, calls to Best Western corp, a report to the Attorney General, and a police report with the local police department, we finally got our money back. Before that, the property had charged our CC for three extra nights and still hadn't returned the overcharge. When we asked about it, they told us to leave. I have the bank statements showing what happened. I'm sure this has happened plenty of times and will keep happening. We asked to speak with the owner, but the manager said we weren't allowed to. We sent her all the supporting documents, and apparently she never showed them to the owner. We tried several times to reach the manager, but she wanted nothing to do with fixing the overcharge. Big surprise. If you stay here, check your bank statements. Edit: Today is July 23, and we received our money back.

The cleaning service did a really good job, I can say that much. But at 3 in the morning I found a cockroach in my bed, under my pillow, and the front desk lady gave me Raid to kill it. They have two washers and dryers, but no change for using the machines. I like hot cocoa, and they didn't have any on site.

Sherray is the best, nobody does a better job than her! You struck gold putting her in charge. I love how much the hotel has come along and how it looks now. Great job 👏 Maybe foot massages could be included too 👀, and breakfast tacos sound great!
