The staff were friendly, and I especially appreciated Bilal, who was cooperative and gave clear guidance. I really value the hotel staff, though the Black woman there was so rude.

The room was clean and smelled nice, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C was already running and cool when I arrived. The price was good for a budget stay or a last minute booking, and the location was great. They offer breakfast, though I can’t say how it is. The front desk staff did fine, but I wish she’d been a little more upbeat and friendly; she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Nobody was at the desk when I had to check out early because I couldn’t stay for the full booking. A few things need work: the desk chair’s arm foam was ripped, the metal bed frame popped and squeaked whenever I moved or got up, the toilet wasn’t secured well to the floor, and the coffee pot wouldn’t work with any outlet I tried.

Ants were crawling all over the room and our family, making the stay miserable. The room was cramped, and with no elevator, getting luggage and family members around was a major hassle. When we raised our concerns, management dismissed us and ignored the complaints. The hotel also refused a refund, delaying things by saying they didn’t want to wake the manager, which is hard to understand at a hotel. The stay was a nightmare, and the service was unacceptable. Avoid it and save yourself the disappointment. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The staff were friendly, but the suite was rough and needs updating. All the lamps were crooked or bent, and there was a spot in the carpet that looked chewed up. The bedroom part had no working AC. In one bathroom the fan was coming out of the ceiling and made an awful noise, and the showerhead was coming out of the wall.
