The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we had a great stay with friends for my sister’s BMT graduation. Check-in was quick and easy. Xavier was so kind and flexible that he opened the breakfast area 30 minutes early when we told him we had to leave at 4:30 a.m. for the Air Force graduation.
10/10
We had a spacious room with two king beds and two TVs. The Wi-Fi was great, and I could play games on my system without any trouble. Xavier was friendly and helpful, and he kept checking that breakfast was stocked. We had a great stay and would book here again 👌.

We’ve stayed here twice for Air Force graduations in 2024 and 2025. It’s clean and affordable, and Lackland is just down the road, with Walmart and restaurants nearby. Xavier was very nice and helpful, especially with getting breakfast ready early. I’d recommend it to any airman’s family.
6/10
The room was clean and quite large, with two king beds and plenty of space for a family of four. Check-in service was good, parking was easy, and the neighborhood seemed safe. The air conditioning was off when I arrived, though, so it took about an hour for the room to cool enough to sleep. There were no water or coffee cups in the room, and breakfast was average. Being near the freeway also meant a lot of traffic noise. Fine for one night.
10/10
The customer service really made my visit. Thanks to Ursula and Xavier for making it such a great stay. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was great too. I’ll definitely come back 💗.
