The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive, and the beds were soft and comfortable. They can also make them firmer if that’s what you want. Breakfast was good, though I wish they served a good yogurt like Chobani Greek yogurt. The pool looked cloudy and uninviting, and the fitness facilities were only fair. Still, it’s a nice place and I’d stay again.

The staff were honest: we accidentally left a tablet behind in the room, and they called within 20 minutes to say they’d found it. Thank God, or we might already have been out of town and had to go back. The room was nicely decorated, the bathroom was great, and wifi was easy to access. Breakfast was delicious and someone kept it neat and stocked. The pool was warm, and the clean exercise room had a fan and water cooler. Beds were firm, which isn’t my preference, and the pillows could have been firmer. I’d bring your own pillow.

The comforters were so heavy and hot that we had to turn the air-conditioning way up just to sleep comfortably. Apart from that, everything was good. Comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast, and wonderful service made for a pleasant visit.

The service here amazed us. We came from Tennessee to Kansas for a family reunion (7/2 - 7/4), arrived early, and Assistant General Manager Kim Lake welcomed us warmly. She let the kids swim while we waited for our rooms and made us feel at home. Every staff member was pleasant and welcoming. Our rooms were clean, linens fresh, breakfast awesome, and the pool clean and inviting. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel, and our family still stays here several times a year. Ms. Kim Lake was a blessing to us, and we won’t forget her hospitality. Thank you, Ms. Kim, and many blessings to you and your family! Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.
