The room was comfortable and clean, and the price was a great deal. I was in town to ski at Crystal Mountain, which was a reasonable drive away. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and that really made the stay. I’d happily come back soon. Thanks!

The beds were comfy, and our room was clean and looked after. Everyone was so friendly, and I loved the cookies. We enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was good, though more gluten-free choices and hot options would be nice. I didn’t see a pool or workout area at this location.

I booked online because I wanted a room with a hot tub, but when I got there, they said none were available. When I asked how they’d make it right, they said they couldn’t do anything since I’d booked online. I was out $160 and never got the hot tub I’d reserved. I won’t stay at Super 8 again, and I’ll tell people how ripped off I feel.

The biggest problem was that housekeeping never came, even though I left the service placard on the bed. We were there for days, and the trash overflowed while we got no fresh towels or bed service. Apart from that, the room was nice, although the carpet could use replacing. Coffee was good, breakfast was decent, and the lobby cookies were great. The staff were friendly. It was an up and down stay, and the lack of service was a real letdown.

We found the room really clean and affordable. The staff were cheerful, polite, and accommodating, especially Kris and Rick. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
