The continental breakfast had lots of choices and was better than we expected. We also enjoyed the park across the street for morning walks, and there's a very good Italian restaurant a short walk away. Our stay from 8/3/2025 to 8/7/2025 was quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location made it a great visit. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area.

The rooms are small, and the older smart TVs need a Chromecast or something if you want Netflix. One odd thing, the microwave sits right next to the Xfinity router, and turning it on makes the TV glitch out lol. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice place in Manitou, with everything you need within a 15 minute drive.

The property was quiet and clean, and the room was nice. A room with a hottub costs about the same as others nearby. The only letdown was the satellite TV, which had no music programming. Otherwise, a great place.

We found bugs in the corners, rug, and bedding, and I have pictures of them. The man at the front desk was rude for no reason. I'm so disgusted with the motel overall. I plan to spread the word on travel sites and Manitou springs sites, because I don't want other families subjected to a stay with bugs. This is the Silver Saddle. Stay away.

The breakfast area was clean, with oatmeal, waffles, toast, and coffee, and the room had no smell of cleaning products. Everything was very clean this time, which surprised us after our below-average stay here in 2018 when we chose it for the affordable price. In this price range, it's definitely very good now. Room 212!!! The door sticks a little.
