Dillon Motel

We've stayed here twice in the past two years and met both the previous and current owners. They were kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the price worked for us. Our granddaughters loved the retro style. The bathrooms are a little tight but worked fine, and the maintenance man was pleasant to see keeping the grounds up. We liked seeing the deer settled comfortably around the property, and appreciated how close everything was. We hope to come back : )

Room 14 at The Dillon was just right for our family of five, clean and roomy, with a cozy little-nook feel and a beautiful view of pikes peak. Peter and Denise were welcoming, very good people. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. We came from Texas.

PERMANENTLY CLOSED! These are such cute, cozy Cottages in Manitou Springs. There's a small living room with Dish Network, then a separate bedroom with crisp linens and puffy pillows. A little kitchenette area has a fridge, microwave and sink, plus there's a bathroom. The best part for me was bringing my dogs. Behind this Motel, a lovely forest leads to Fountain Creek. I'll definitely stay again when I come home to visit. Thanks Guys!!

This is a clean, reasonably priced place with a vintage feel, and it's been in business since the 40's. Each room feels like a little house and has its own parking. It's easy to reach, just east off of 24 hwy, and Pike's Peak is visible from Dillon. In summer, the free shuttle outside takes you to downtown Manitou or the Cog Railway. There's also a pool, WiFi, and free morning coffee. The rooms are old but clean. Bathrooms are tiny but usable, though check that the toilet is steady before sitting down. The sink and shower knobs are stiff and tricky. If you're after the Ritz or don't like old motels, this probably isn't your place.
