This renovated local hotel is a diamond in the rough, and I believe it's now part of Best Western. The price was great, the place felt safe, the bed was comfortable, and the decor was cute. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful. My son and I found the pillows too tall and firm, so we slept flat on the bed instead. Breakfast is made to order rather than buffet style, which was a little inconvenient, but I'm still giving it five stars. They keep pets to first-floor rooms and gave me a second-floor room that's pet-free, which I appreciated because of my allergies. We also loved the expensive shuffleboard game in the game room. I'd definitely stay again.
